DBI Steel Leveling

DBI - Straightener Drive

300 HP @ 850 RPM
Back to back corrective levelers up to 100,000 lbs ranging from 14ga to 1/2" thickness, up to 96" wide and 720" long.
Pope Steel Leveling

Pope - Straightener Drive

200 HP @ 1750 RPM
Single Flattener system leveling 1/4" to 1" thickness, up to 120" wide, and 600" long.
McKay 60 Steel Leveling

McKay 60 - Leveler Drive

40 HP @ 1200 RPM
Single corrective leveler system. Leveling up to 50,000 lbs from 20GA to 14GA, 60" wide, and 360" long.

Dunnage

We make sure your material is properly balanced and easy to load/unload. Let us know if you would like crossblocks or overhead onload. Skids are availible on request.

Banding

Secure your material with two and four way banding availible on request.

Tagging

Each bundle will be identified with a tag to ensure proper delivery.

Wrapping

Protect special commodeties from oxydation. We offer wrapping recommended for pickled and oiled material.
